From 15 June to 15 July 2025, Afraa completed a four-week clinical observership at Dr. A. A. Chamadiya Children Clinic, under the supervision of Dr. Alim Chamadiya (M.B., D.C.H., Consulting Pediatrician, Reg. No. G8570). The entry is filed under the Medical Expertise competency. As the Certificate of Observership records, the placement ran as four continuous weeks inside a working paediatric clinic rather than a one-off visit.

The certificate documents the scope of the observership in detail. Afraa observed outpatient (OPD) clinical consultations and patient interviews, and reviewed patients' histories, clinical findings, and medical records. She took part in the formulation and discussion of differential diagnoses, observed basic diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and interpreted and reviewed laboratory results and imaging reports alongside the supervising physician.

The placement also included practical exposure to the clinic's systems and patient-facing work: use of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems for documentation and workflow, patient counselling sessions covering preventive care, lifestyle advice and follow-up planning, and observation of clinical decision-making, evidence-based practice, and patient management pathways.

In the certificate's closing assessment, Dr. Chamadiya notes that throughout the observership Afraa demonstrated professionalism, punctuality, respect for patient confidentiality, and a strong willingness to learn, describing her engagement and academic curiosity as commendable.
